Walk from the Canongate Tolbooth through the South Bridge vaults to the Grassmarket. The route separates documented civic history from house lore and reported ghost stories.
Follow Rose Street from east to west through historic pubs, craft beer bars, cocktail rooms, wine bars and games venues. With 18 stops, this route is best split into smaller sections.

A compact screen walk linking four pubs with Waverley Station, city streets used by major productions and a final historic close. Each stop is labelled as a venue, filming location or historical waypoint.
